📜 Designs by L Refund Policy

At Designs by L, each product is handmade or custom-created with care. Because of the personalized nature of our items, please review our refund policy below:

✅ Refunds & Exchanges

Custom & Personalized Items: All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom or personalized items (tumblers, shirts, party favors, digital templates, etc.) unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Digital Products: Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, no refunds or exchanges are available once the file has been delivered.

Non-Custom Items: Refunds or exchanges may be available for non-custom products if returned unused and in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

🚫 Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email/business contact].

Provide photos of the item and packaging.

Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue store credit.

💳 Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
